What is Hypnotherapy and how can it help me?
In Hypnosis we help you reach a very relaxed state and then through positive suggestions with visualisation given to your unconscious mind to act upon. Through the use of these your behaviours and beliefs transform rapidly and you will think and behave differently in the area we have worked on creating a more positive and successfully you!
Can everyone be Hypnotised?
Yes everyone can be hypnotised and all it takes is your willingness to focus on the change in your life. We are all going into different trances all day depending on the activity, environment, feelings etc and with Hypnosis we focus your attention in a way to facilitate the change that you desire.
Will I say or do anything under Hypnosis that is against my will?
Your morals and beliefs guide you always even when you’re under Hypnosis so any suggestions that take place must completely agree with your beliefs and values to be acted on.
What will I feel like under Hypnosis?
When under Hypnosis you will be in a very relaxed state. Your body is completely relaxed and free of all tension while your mind is in a highly focused state where your intensely aware of what is going on around you and you’re in full control. Once you have finished the Hypnosis you will open your eyes feeling completely refreshed, happy, optimistic and motivated to begin acting on your new positive thought pattern.

Will I go to sleep?
When under Hypnosis you’re always in a heightened state of awareness, which is highly focused so you are never in a state of sleep or in a state of unconsciousness. Your senses are more acute while you experience a extremely relaxed state. When we use the words “deep sleep” , we mean a deep relaxation of the mind and body.
Will I remember everything after Hypnosis?
You will remember everything clearly and perfectly after being hypnotised. You are always in complete control.
